Located on a rural Timaru site this project is situated with an outlook towards the ocean.

Three board and batten clad gable wings with low pitch connecting roofs create a traditional and timeless design. Stone features to the columns, chimney and patio set the dwelling into the gradual sloping site.
One of the main features are the exposed timber beams to the outdoor living area that link through to the raking internal ceiling spaces throughout the design.
