Conceptual floor plan located within the Gleniti area of Timaru. This design is situated to provide a private hidden frontage with a flushmount garage door and louver features. To contrast this the design steps down into a large open plan living space with multiple connections to the external living areas.
A timber wrap around deck, along with timber and stack bonded brick claddings feature both internally and externally define this dwelling.
