Concept design for a central Timaru dwelling situated on a narrow section. The form is made by staggering 3 gable forms all connected with a low pitch roof. The positioning of these gable forms allows to maximize the site orientation to achieve private north facing outdoor living.

The dwelling boasts a modern plaster and cedar aesthetic along with a cantilevered entry porch and raking ceilings to the living room.
